This label is affixed to enclosure doors and panels where a risk of severe chemical burn exists due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Label word messages:
- CORROSIVE CHEMICALS (Hazard Identification)
- Contact may cause chemical burn. (Hazard Consequence)
- Wear proper protection equipment before servicing. (Hazard Avoidance)

This label is affixed to enclosure doors and panels behind which flammable chemicals are used or stored. Service personnel are therefore warned not to introduce sources of ignition into the service area to avoid fire damage to the equipment and facility.

Label word messages:
- FLAMMABLE CHEMICAL (Hazard Identification)
- Fire may cause severe damage to the facility, equipment and personnel.

- Remove all sources of ignition before servicing. (Hazard Avoidance)

This label is affixed to objects that have been judged by an ergonomics analysis to require two or more persons to lift.
