Personal information collected by NSS will only be used in terms of providing services. Personal information may also be used during sales and marketing activities to introduce new services or products. In certain instances personal information may be provided to sub-contractors. This information will only be provided when our clients approve release of this information and if the sub-contractor or recipient agrees to protect its confidentiality in accordance with NSS’ privacy policies.

Safety measures employed by NSS to protect personal information include (but are not limited to) limiting access to our facilities, password protection and/or encryption of digital data, and other means deemed appropriate.
